Binge-watching shows may be all the rage, but it's really not great for your health. Researchers from University of Vermont's Larner Medical College looked at two groups of people: those who watched TV often, and those who never watched TV. They found those who watched TV often were ran a 70 percent higher risk of developing a venous thromboembolism (or VTE), a dangerous blood clot.
