Some say it sounds like an old instrumental track called "Ripley"...
More "New", Old Van Halen...
You can compare yourself, does the NEW song from Van Halen, "Tattoo" (located on top) sound like an old song from Van Halen, "Down In Flames" (located below)???
Even if it does, as a Van Halen fan... DO YOU CARE? It's not like they're stealing from somebody else, just revising old song ideas to get them back in the groove, right?
(located below) Van Halen plays their first gig in years together, the set included an old previously unreleased song called, "She's the Woman"!
